Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care has a goal of restoring motion to joints that have been affected by:

  • degeneration, such as osteoarthritis (regular wear and tear)

  • injury (auto injury, sports, work related)

  • repetitive stress (prolonged hours standing, siting, mouse/computer work, factory work)

  • other types of arthritis that may be autoimmune, such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus.

All of these conditions can lessen the full range of motion of a joint and cause joint pain, inflammation and muscle stiffness and spasm.

Treatment

The most important part of your treatment is establishing a proper diagnosis (what is causing your symptoms) and then a personalized care plan to get you feeling better. We may suggest stretches, massage, exercise or modifications to the way you work or sleep. Sometimes referrals for diagnostic imaging or to other specialists are necessary to properly establish what is needed for your care. We have a foundation of specialists we refer to if needed.  We believe in doing what is best for you to get better and will take the steps to do our best to get you to your goals..
